The surgery will close at 12 noon for Training on Thursday 16th August, we will reopen on Friday 17th July 2018 for all routine appointments and queries. if you need a Doctor Urgently when we are closed you can ring 01274 677198 and you will get transformed  to out of hours care Direct.

We can now offer you a Text messaging service! Please fill out the online consent form or come into the surgery and ask at reception.

You can sign up for our on line repeat prescription and Appointment booking, please ask at reception for further information.

Non-English Speakers
