Econsult is Available 24 Hours Per Day, 7 Days per Week!
The practice is currently experiencing a large increase in the number of telephone calls that we receive each day. This is resulting in patients having to queue for longer on the phones. To help with this, we are asking as many patients as possible to use our E-Consult service.
To use this service, click on the banner above.
This allows you to send messages to the surgery from your laptop, smartphone, or PC at any time of the day or night, and it can be done 7 days per week. When the practice receives a message, a response will be sent within 2 working day (except when it is a bank holiday or when the practice is closed.)
You can send us prescription queries, requests for sick notes and any routine medical matter, or any admin queries. A clinician will then look at your request, and respond normally within 48 hours.
